Hmong New Year with HSAC
Annually there is a Hmong New Year located in Hickory, NC filled with celebration embracing and preserving the Hmong culture and community. This involves food, dancing, singing, sports, shopping, and much more connecting friends and family from all over the United States. It is one of the ways that both the younger and older generations have continued to connect to their culture and traditions in modern times. Here are some of our experiences together as HSAC at the Hmong New Year with members from across North Carolina.
